Split Sleeve:
SAVAY Split Sleeves can be used for quick prevention of leakages in oil and gas pipelines under the sea or on the ground as a repairing device without shutting down the operation. This repairing two-piece sheath, used for a temporary repair, can completely seal the pipe by fastening the bolts and for permanent repair; they can be welded on the pipe.
These repairing devices can be manufactured in different pressure ANSI classes up to #1500 and they have various sizes from 4 to 56”. Below, the table of SAVAY split sleeve standard sizes for #600 is represented. Upon receiving specialized order, the sleeves can be manufactured with longer length or properly manufactured for special liquids. Also, special pivots can be embedded on the sleeve for quicker and easier installation under the sea.
